Abstract

This study analyzes the role of digital transformation in strengthening organizational resilience in post-pandemic contexts, considering the global disruption caused by COVID-19 as a catalyst for structural changes in contemporary organizations. Through a systematic literature review in high-impact academic databases, recent studies addressing both digitization and adaptive capacity of organizations in various sectors were identified and analyzed. The results show that digital transformation is not limited to technological adoption, but involves a profound reconfiguration of processes, organizational culture, operational structures, governance and leadership, elements that have a direct impact on the ability to respond, recover and innovate in the face of crises. It also showed that organizational resilience requires the development of dynamic capabilities, transformational leadership and a culture of innovation, continuous learning and collaboration. The study concludes that there is a bidirectional relationship between digitalization and resilience, this synergy being essential to face future challenges in highly uncertain environments.
